Why a named person
Health-adjacent sites usually publish under an "editorial team" byline. We think that is worse, not better: it puts no one's name behind the claims and makes a conflict of interest impossible to see. Everything here is signed, and any commercial connection to a product is stated on the page it affects.
What this site is not
It is not medical advice, not a substitute for a dermatologist, and not an accredited laboratory. If you have a skin condition, take photosensitising medication, or are pregnant, ask a clinician before using any light-therapy device.
