The first unit would not charge. Replacement arrived the following week and has worked normally since.
Easy enough to operate. Mine arrived without the storage bag and support sent one four days later.
No complaints about the mask itself. I just do not reach for it often enough to know whether it works.
Four months of fairly regular use. One patch of pigmentation has faded; the rest of my skin looks unchanged.
The flexible material seals closely around my cheeks. It leaves a temporary line above my upper lip, and the controller cable is shorter than I expected.
