What the regulatory status actually means
Shark CryoGlow holds an FDA 510(k) clearance. Clearance means the manufacturer showed the device is substantially equivalent to one already on the market. It is not FDA approval, and it is not evidence that the device works for any particular person.

Practical for a fixed ten-minute break, not for walking around. It shifts whenever I look down.
Easy routine and good battery life. The first unit arrived with a scratched lens; the retailer exchanged it without argument.
The cheek opening sits slightly high on my face. It is usable, though I would prefer separate size options.
